CHEST BOWLS

Chest bowls made in finely worked gold leaf, richly decorated in round surfaces, bands and in segments,  with leaf and floral tendrils.

Such 'feminine attributes' belong to the dance costumes probably of the southern Toraja, where these dances were performed by men.
